Online Lending Apps Harassment

Purpose: To stop online apps from harassing me and my contacts and to prevent this from happening again
Date of Coverage: 05/16/2022 - 05/17/2022

May 16, 2022

I have been receiving various calls and text messages regarding my loans. I was at work during this time and I wasn't able to answer their calls as I was working. I have received personal text messages telling me that I have to pay my balances on or before their cut off. To set things straight, I really do have a loan from these online lending apps and I just can't pay them as I have no means yet to pay them but the day they were calling were still on the due date, the loan is not past due yet as of May 16.

Bocala 08:11 AM, May 18, 2022

In the afternoon of May 16, I have been receiving threats, bad words and other degrading messages but some messages were not stating where app they are from. I have been texting the others telling that I am trying to find ways to pay them but they are pressuring me to pay still and telling that I am deceiving them and I am making them expect to nothing. Reality is I can't really pay them and I am at work during this day knowing that this is my first day at work to my new job. Even before 6pm this they are still calling me using different numbers and sending below the belt messages up to my contact references even though the loan is not yet past due.

May 17, 2022

In the morning of this day, one of my contacts sent me a PM in messenger with the screenshot of a message threatening them that they will not stop to pester to them until I will talk to them. Not only this one contact but another and another has received this messages. 16 of my contacts has received this harassing message but I haven't included them in my character references during loan application. What kept me more afraid from this problem is that when you answer their call, they are telling me below the belt words instead of helping me on my loan so I can keep up and repay them. This is very worrisome because they have already invaded my contacts without my consent and my friends and family were threatened as well. I hope their way of collection and communication with us will be addressed so other people won't be affected from this.
