Hi I would like to ask clarification on the PD 997 Science and Technology Specialist Eligibility of CSC 

Kung graduate ba ng BSIT at ng Master in Business Administration at ang mga  thesis po about  sa Information Technology system.

Qualified po ba kumuha ng PD 997?
