April 6, 2022 Dear Rufino Francis, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 06, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Release of Stipend for the Month of March. Response to your request We regret to inform you that your request is not under Executive Order No. 2 s. 2016 on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as it is part of the frontline service of the DOST-SEI, hence your request is denied. However, we forwarded to the Science and Technology Scholarship Division (STSD) your request for the release of stipend in the regional for the month of March.
