Response to your request We regret to inform you that your request is not under Executive Order No. 2 s. 2016 on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. However, we forwarded to the Science and Technology Scholarship Division (STSD) your request for the memorandum regarding DOST scholars being removed from the Bureau of Immigration Watchlist.
