Your request You asked for Inquiry about the travel ban imposed on DOST scholars. Response to your request We regret to inform you that your request is not under Executive Order No. 2 s. 2016 on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as it is part of the frontline service of the DOST-SEI, hence your request is denied. However, we forwarded to the Science and Technology Scholarship Division (STSD) your request regarding the certification as DOST RA 7687 scholar.
