Hello and good day DOST-SEI!

I was a former DOST RA 7687 Scholar in 2007 and I would like to request for the official list of qualifiers of the DOST-SEI scholarship during that year. I am in the process of gathering evidences for my scholarship and job applications and being granted access to this document will be sufficient for my purpose. I know that this document can be accessed by public since the lists of qualifiers are posted in the DOST website under the "Scholarship Results" tab. It's just the specific document that I am looking for is not anymore posted on the website. Thank you!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 07, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for OFFICIAL LIST OF QUALIFIERS FOR THE 2007 DOST-SEI SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY SCHOLARSHIPS (DOST RA 7687).

Response to your request

We regret to inform you that your request is not under Executive Order No. 2 s. 2016 on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as it is part of the frontline service of the DOST-SEI, hence your request is denied.

However, we forwarded to the Science and Technology Scholarship Division (STSD) your request regarding the official list of qualifiers for the 2007 DOST RA 7687. You may coordinate with STSD by email at clearance@sei.dost.gov.ph or scholarships@sei.dost.gov.ph for your concern. And you may also contact them on (02) 8330-8876 or (02) 8330-8826.
