Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance  the information you have requested is part of the frontline service of the TUP National Service Training Program. To request , send a copy of your Transcript of Records and your request letter to email address nstp@tup.edu.ph.  Kindly address your request letter to Dr. Analiza Valenzuela, Director for NSTP. You may wish to contact  NSTP Office at trunkline number 53013001 local 706.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to  Dr. Reynaldo P. Ramos, President, Technological University of the Philippines through email address tup@tup.edu.ph .
