Every NBC 461 Cycle Evaluation, I am always surprised to receive the result of my Teaching Effectiveness without me being consulted and signing "Conforme" to the points I got from my Teaching Effectiveness with proper confirmation - "Processed and Submitted by Local College QCE Team" - composed of the  VPPAA, Department Head, Faculty (Conforme) and the College Dean as reflected in the Evaluation Form  at the Intranet Portal. But it was not being used even once from 2013 up to present for correction, verification and confirmation. Hence, this request for the said SOP document.

This is to submit a second follow up to the status of my FOI request for a copy of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of Teaching Effectiveness Consultation with Faculty Members with tracking code #TUP-599734159596 which I have requested last February 23, 2022. 

However, until now the said request is still pending which means that it was not yet accepted. Therefore, may I know the reason/s why it remains “pending” despite the first follow up last February 26, 2022?

You asked for STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP) OF TEACHING EFFECTIVENESS CONSULTATION WITH FACULTY MEMBERS.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, the information you are requesting is embedded in the coaching and mentoring of the Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) as per communication from the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs. Please see attached document. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dr. Ma. Leonor F. Validor, Vice President for Planning and Development through email address maleonor_validor@tup.edu.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that on March 15, 2022, I have sent a letter addressed to Dr. Ma. Leonor F. Validor, Vice President for Planning and Development where I have requested for an Internal Review regarding the said FOI Response that I have received dated March 07, 2022 because I felt that I was unhappy or dissatisfied with the said response. I have indicated my valid reasons for the said request. However, I have not received any response regarding my request considering that it is almost a month now from the time I have submitted my request.

Hence, I would like to follow up the status of the said request.
