Hi! I would like to request the complete step-by-step Procedures of Evaluation for NBC 461 8 Cycle for me to be guided on the submission and evaluation of NBC 461 documents. The bases of this request are: 1) In lieu of Merit Promotion (postponed due to the absence of Guidelines and Procedures), NBC 461 8 Cycle was implemented but until now I have not received a copy of the whole Procedures (step-by-step) of Evaluation for NBC 461 8 Cycle; and 2) There had been confusion in the submission of NBC 461 documents as required by the Memorandum and required by the Advisory via MS Teams. Thank you!

You asked for COMPLETE PROCEDURES (Step-By-Step Process) OF EVALUATION for NBC 461 8 Cycle.

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of a PASUC ZONAL CENTER QUALITATIVE CONTRIBUTION EVALUATION (PZC-QCE) and PASUC ZONAL CENTER COMMON CRITERIA EVALUATION (PZC-CCE)  from the PASUC ZONAL CENTER OFFICE. The document was forwarded to us by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, TUP. 

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the office of the Vice President for Planning and Development DR.
