Hi I would like to make a request for Certificate of Non Filing of ITR supposedly a requirement for scholarship on our university, an opportunity for 4th year students that may need educational assistance.

You asked for Certificate of Non filing of ITR.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

To get such certification, you need to coordinate with the Taxpayer Service Section of the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the location of your residence. You may wish to contact the Bureau of Internal Revenue at trunkline 8981-7000 ; 89297676 or email them at email address contact_us@bir.gov.ph or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to  Dr. Reynaldo P.
