Hi I would like to know on how to make a request for my TOR in Tup. Is it necessary to request it personally or it's okay to request it online?

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance  the information you have requested is part of the frontline service of the University Registrar. To request for your Transcript of Records, you may file through request form at the University Registrar Office. For more information, you may also contact Dr. Rosemarie Theresa M. Cruz, University Registrar at email address registrar@tup.edu.ph or at trunkline number 53013001 local 604 or 623. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dr. Reynaldo P. Ramos, President, Technological University of the Philippines through email address tup@tup.edu.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
