Hi, I would like to request for my TOR. My complete name is francisco tabora jr. I took civil engineering technology course between 2006 - 2008. I'll be using this for my job application.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your request is part of the frontline service of the University through the  Office of the University Registrar (OUR). 

You may wish to visit the University website and look for the announcement for the Online Request for Credentials/Documents by the OUR. 

You may also directly proceed to the link . You may contact OUR through their email address or or through their trunkline number 53013001 locals 623 or 604 and state your request. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dr Jesus Rodrigo F. Torres, President, Technological University of the Philippines through email address Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
