I would like to formally request for an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) on Salary Deduction so that I may know how come I had an Unauthorized Salary Deduction amounting to Php 3, 400.00 for TUPMAEA last December 2022 as reflected in my December 1-31, 2022 Payslip but until today, the said deduction remained unsettled/unresolved.

Thank you for your request dated Jun 01, 2023 05:57:16 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP) ON SALARY DEDUCTION OF FACULTY IN TUP-MANILA.

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of a Guide to Perform Payroll Deductions including the Flowchart from the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO).
