Hi! I would like to request data (preferably raw data in .xls or other similar file types) regarding:

1.	Number of enrolled, undergraduate UP Diliman students from the first semester of Academic Year 2008-2009 to the first semester of Academic Year 2018-2019 who withdrew their enrolment and took LOAs, categorized by semester and by degree program and college. 

2.	Number of undergraduate UP Diliman students who did not enroll because they were already on LOA, categorized by semester from the same duration and by what degree program and college they were from.

3.	Reasons cited by these students on why they filed for a LOA.

4.	Number of undergraduate students from the same duration who had "absent without leave" (AWOL) status, categorized by semester and by degree program and college.

5.	Reason cited for AWOL, if possible.

6.     Total number of undergraduate UP Diliman students (this includes enrolled students, students on LOA and AWOL, students on exchange, etc.) from the same time period stated above, categorized per semester, degree program, and college.

(1) A government issued identification card indicating my Filipino citizenship (driver's license), and
(2) My notarized certification of proof of Filipino citizenship
