You asked for permission to conduct a research survey in the University of the Philippines Manual as part of your requirements in your graduate program.
Your FOI request is approved. As part of the University policies, researchers who wish to conduct research survey need to go through the UP Manila Research Ethics Board (UPM-REB) for ethical review.
