I refer to my letter of Oct 13, 2022 10:08:58 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Statistical Report.

Part of PGH protocol requires eFOI requestors to initially seek endorsement from the UP Manila Research and Ethics Board prior to the approval of the request.  It can be accessed online through the UPMREB website (reb.upm.edu.ph) . There are forms to be filled up and instructions are given. Subsequently, researchers need to register via online to the Research Grants Administration Office (RGAO). Once the clearance has been obtained, the PGH Expanded Hospital Research Office (EHRO) will issue a permit for the request to proceed and to be acted upon by the concerned department. You may use the reply function on the eFOI portal at https://pcoomaster10032017130000-dot-efoi-ph.appspot.com/requests/aglzfmVmb2ktcGhyHQsSB0NvbnRlbnQiEFVQTS0wOTU4MjExNjA0MDEM, for request with ticket number #UPM-095821160401, to respond.
