September 28, 2021 Dear VANESSA, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 18, 2021, under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for the Floor plans and master plan of PGH Main. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office cannot provide the information you have requested as it is not available at the moment due to the ongoing PGH Masterplanning. We would like to inform you also that for the information requested for thesis purposes, you need to initially seek endorsement from the UP Manila Research and Ethics Board prior to the approval of the request. It can be accessed online through the UPMREB website (reb.upm.edu.ph) . There are forms to be filled up and instructions are given. Moreover, researchers need to register via online to the Research Grants Administration Office (RGAO). Once you have the clearance, the PGH Expanded Hospital Research Office (EHRO) will issue a permit for the researcher to proceed. For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Vice Chancellor Michael L. Tee at foirc.upmanila@up.edu.ph.
