Hi, This is Edmar Gervacio,
I would like to have an update with regards to the progress of the correction of my Birth Certificate, that weve been processing for 5 years. We are living in Manila and going back and forth to the Municipal Hall of Paniqui Tarlac at RTC to have an update to my Birth Certificate but the officer in charge named Ochie whom always advising that my BC is still in progress for 5 years waiting for the signature of the Atty. in able to be released. We already paid her 15k php for the payment of Atty. signature and as of now April 2023, is still on line up for Atty.
