As part of our data gathering for our research, we would like to ask if we could collect the following:

1. The hourly number of passengers boarding every Manila City Station—Lawton, Escolta, and Quinto  only
2. The Maximum Capacity of the Ferry Boat
3. The Maximum Waiting time for every Ferry Boat to Load
4. Interval of Ferry Boat to arrive from Station to Another
5. Process of Entering of the Passenger until they Exit the Facility

The data that will be acquired will be used to simulate our model for our research study.

Good day! It is indicated on your reply that we could receive the data we're requesting by April 5, 2023; But as of April 11, 2023 We still haven't received any file or data on my e-mail. 

Is there a possibility that we could received it by April 13, 2023 (Thursday) as we are preparing for our project in modeling & simulation.
