Good day! May this message reach you well. I am John Michael, a 4th-year BS Meteorology student of Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU). I am here to respectfully file a request letter for the following datasets that I need in my thesis study:

1. Dry-bulb temperature, and 
2. Relative Humidity

Both of the above-mentioned datasets I need have to be gathered or situated in Laoag Upper-Air Synoptic Station in Ilocos Norte, whereas the period of interest starts from January of 1990 until December of 2020. The temporal scale that I need is in "monthly" scale. CSV or xlxs file will do.
