Hi, I would like to request some information regarding: 

1. Complete List of disabilities qualified for PWD ID.

2. Complete list of mental disabilities qualified for PWD benefits.

3. Are people with special needs such as autism, down-syndrome, ADHD, and other learning/psychosocial disabilities eligible for PWD benefits?

4. Provide a list of what is considered a mental disability if not a mental illness/disorder covered for PWD benefits.
