Requested from NCDA by M. Medina at 04:30 PM on Jul 02, 2022.
Purpose: Research Paper (Legal Research)
Date of Coverage: 01/01/2021 - 07/02/2022
Tracking no: #NCDA-319967775949

Medina 04:30 PM, Jul 02, 2022

Hi, I would like to request for the actual documentary requirements required of each LGU in Metro Manila for the issuance of PWD ID for a term paper. I intend to compare their requirements with the requirements laid out in NCDAO 001 s2021, with the view of looking into their uniformity. Other guidelines on the certification for non-apparent disability is also appreciated (ex. clarification on issuing PWD for people with certain vision grade). Thank you very much!
