Ako po si Lino Bandal, lumalapit sa inyo VP Leni Robredo , sana po ay mabigyan niyo po ako ng artificial na paa . Ako po ay nagkaroon ng type 2 diabetes at mabilis nitong nabulok ang aking paa,ako po ngayon ay amputee na. Nangangailangan po ako  ng pang maintenance na panglinis po sa sugat at pang maintenance po na mga gamot para mapanatili po sa normal ang aking blood sugar.Sana po ay matulungan niyo po kami, Maraming Salamat po.
