Good Day, Sir or Ma'am! 

I'm Kaine Diaz, a student from the TIP-QC. I'm currently taking Architectural Design 9 (Thesis). In partial fulfillment of the degree requirement, the data request will be used in my research. I would like to request the following:

1. The number of cases or population of people with autism and Down syndrome in the Philippines from the year 2015 - the present. 

2. List of cities in NCR with a population of Autism & Down syndrome

3. Population of Autism & Down syndrome in Quezon City 

4. List of centers catering to Autism & Down syndrome in NCR
