Thank you for your request dated Apr 13, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for height waiver.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance what you are requesting is a certificate of height waiver for your Special Enlistment for Army. We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request.  However, since you are in Batangas you may address your concern to  <Dir. Carlos Buasen, Jr., NCIP Regional Director > at <>, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at <insert link here>.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to <Dir. Carlos Buasen, Jr. at>. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
