July 18, 2022 Dear Rose Ann, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 15, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for IP Bloodline Tracing. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance what you are requesting is not an information but a request for IP blood line tracing for you to have a Certificate of Confirmation. The NCIP Central Office is no longer processing such certification . However, you may addressed your concern in the Visayas at region6/7at ncip.gov.ph and at the Bicol Region at firstname.lastname@example.org may wish to contact or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at <insert link here>.
