Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance what you are requesting is not an information but a request for Certificate of Confirmation. NCIP Central Office is no longer processing such certification but only at the Regional Level. Since you are in Laguna  you may wish to contact Dir. Carlos P. Buasen, Jr. NCIP Regional Director Region 4A  you may email your concern at , or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at <insert link here>.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to <Dir. Carlos Buasen, Jr. at>. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
