Hi i would like to request the information regarding;

1. How to get a certificate to National Commission of Indigenous People since the office   of City of Lipa only issued Endorsement letter. 

2. I would like to ask if I can get a certificates for NCIP so that I can continue my application with the Philippine Air Force since my height is only 4'9 and requirements are 5'0.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance NCIP Central Office is no longer processing such certification but only at Regional level, since you are in Lipa City you may addressed your concern to Dir. Carlos P. Buasen, Jr. at region4a@ncip.go.ph or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at <insert link here>.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to <Dir. Carlos P. Buasen. Jr. at region4a@ncip.gov.ph>.
