Please be informed that your request has already been endorsed to the Regional Office V for reply. However, considering that we are still under a General Community Quarantine (Alert Level 1) and we are operating on a strict skeletal workforce due to COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to inform you that it may take longer than expected to respond your request.
