You asked for Certificate of Tribal Membership.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance what you are requesting is certificate of tribal membership for your BFP application. The NCIP Central Office is no longer processing such certification but at the Regional Level only. Since you are in Bicol you may address your concern to Dir. Lee Arroyo,  NCIP Regional Director Region 5 you may email at, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at <insert link here>.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to <Dir. Lee Arroyo at >. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
