As a requirement for the issuance of the Notice to Implement for the proposed project of the City of Santa Rosa, under the Seal of Good Local Governance, may we respectfully request for the issuance of a Certification that the site will not disturb historical and monumental markers. In line with this, below are the details of the proposed project, to wit;
