I would like to request if you have the contact information of the St. Williams Cathedral in Laoag, Ilocos Norte. Unfortunately, the email referred to us by Madam Roscelle Cruz, pym.saintwilliamsfc@gmail.com, was from the Parish Youth Ministry of Saint William the Hermit Cathedral of San Fernando, La Union. Good day. While this cannot be counted as a valid FOI request since the information that you are seeking is not related to the NHCP's transactions and operations, we are glad to give you the following email address to contact them: deo_ave@yahoo.com. Moreover, since the Parish Youth Ministry is also directly under them, you may also try to ask them to endorse you to their Parish Priest or Parish Pastoral Council.
