Hi! I would like to request the information of the following;

1) The real meanings of the symbols of the national flag according to existing historical documents such as Mariano Ponce's 1899 letter and Emilio Aguinaldo's speech, except the Acta De La Proclamacion.

2) What historical documents confirms that the meaning of the blue band of the national flag is "dignity", given from the latest post of the symbolisms of the national flag from the Facebook page of the NHCP Research and Resource Center?
