I am writing to request access to documents that define whether I Delos Reyes St. in Manila has heritage and tourism character. Specifically, I am looking for any documents or guidelines that describe the criteria used to evaluate an area's heritage and tourism character.

I am interested in learning more about this topic as I am working on a project that involves evaluating the suitability of an area for tourism development. Any documents that you can provide would be greatly appreciated and will assist me in making informed decisions regarding this

I have enclosed our Guidelines, Policies and Standards for the Conservation and Development of Historic Centers/Heritage Zones for your reference. You may also view all of our guidelines thru this link: https://nhcp.gov.ph/downloadables/. Furthermore, you may visit the NHCP Library to use our resources for your research. You may also view our National Registry of Historic Sites and Structures, which contains all of the declared historical structures in the Philippines, at this link: https://nhcphistoricsites.blogspot.com.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Ms. Carminda R.
