Hi! I am a 4th year architecture student from the Technological Institute of the Philippines - Quezon City. As part of my research study, I would like to know information about the following:
1. Does the Don Roman Santos Building already have a designated architect for its restoration? Who is the Architect assigned?
2. Current owner of Don Roman Santos Building (BPI)
3. Historical information about the Don Roman Santos Building (BPI)
4. Complete Architectural plans of the building (if possible)

Please note that the NHCP cannot grant requests with the nature of historical research since the NHCP has its own research agenda and publications program. Please also note that the Don Roman Santos Building is privately owned. Hence, we do not have a copy of its plans, nor can we disclose anything about its current owner due to compliance with the Data Privacy Act. However, you may visit the NHCP Library to use our resources for your research. You may also view our marker text regarding the "GUSALING ROMAN R.
