You asked for Email of NICA Cebu city.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have a messaging system in Cebu City that will cater your request. We only have one Message Center in Manila.

Our office is focused on coordination effort with other government Agencies to provide the requirements of the National Security Adviser (NSA) and the Office of the President.
