I refer to my letter of May 20, 2023 11:05:50 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for The number of ESRD Patient per Municpality.
Currently, our data is up to year 2016 only. We can provide 5 year span data e.g. 2012 to 2016. Would that be okay with you Sir James?

You asked for The number of ESRD Patient in Region IVA and NCR. Please find the attached available data from the Philippine Renal Disease Registry.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to nkti.phu@gmail.com.
