Good day!

Based on a Twitter message:

NKTI Emergency Room currently overwhelmed by patients, mostly requiring dialysis. Because of this, our ER has presently reached 3x over our capacity.

Please correct me, but I thought all the time dialysis is somehow "planned". You just do not simply rush in the ER to get it right?

Why are the patients there in this high number?
