I refer to my letter of May 10, 2023 04:23:48 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for statistics/number of dialysis patients in the each dialysis centers in CDO and Butuan City.
Currently our data is up to year 2016. We can provide data for five to seven years e.g. 2010 to 2016. Would that be okay with you?
