Dear Aubrey Ylagan,

I refer to my letter of Jun 07, 2023 02:58:57 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Floor Plan of National Kidney and Transplant Institute.

Mam, we do not provide floor plans of the hospital in view of security reasons.  What we normally do whenever we receive FOIs relative to our floor plans is arrange a videocon with our Architect wherein you can your questions / clarifications pertaining to the structure of the hospital. Would that be okay with you?
