- Gender
- Civil Status

- Occupation
- Monthly/Annual Income

2. Contact Information of the Dialysis Patients (if possible)
3. Hospital/Clinic where the Dialysis Patient receives Dialysis Treatment

I refer to my letter of May 16, 2023 02:25:18 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Updated Number of Dialysis Patients in Sorsogon Province as of 2023 or 2022.

Currently our data is up to year 2016.  We can provide data for five to seven years e.g. 2010 to 2016.  Would that be okay with you?
