December 7, 2022 Dear Kaharodin, Thank you for your request dated Dec 06, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Number of Acute Kidney Injury cases in Davao city from 2018 to 2021. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance our Public Health Unit Office has data only up to year 2016. If you wish you can post a new FOI reflecting a new date coverage, eg. 2012 to 2016 Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the undersign at francus.angeles@nkti.gov.ph.
