I am Joshua Pocaan, a 4th Year Chemical Engineering student from De La Salle University. In line with our research that we are working on, I would like to inquire if there is any available data regarding the capacity of the poultry dressing plants listed on your website.

I refer to your letter dated Jun 21, 2022, 12:12:42 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Poultry Dressing Plant Capacities.

Due to the non-disclosure agreement, the requested information will not be made available to the public. However, we can provide you with a generic range of capacity for each classification, or you may opt to request data for each meat establishment.
