You asked for The Average annual compensation per employee in the BPO industry of BOHOL.

Your FOI request is approved. I enclosed a copy of the Pay Standards and Practices for the Business Process Outsourcing Industry prepared in September 2020 for your reference. Please note that the data presented is the national average and not specific to Bohol Province. You may also check the Philippine Statistics Authority's Occupational Wages Survey results for updates on the figures. Thank you. 

Your right to request a review
