May 3, 2023 Dear Gaby Baizas, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 27, 2023 04:00:11 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Historical data of real minimum wage rates in NCR from 2013-2023. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not generate the data you have requested with reference to Executive Order (EO) No. 352 or the “Designation of Statistical Activities that will Generate Critical Data for Decision-Making of the Government and the Private Sector”. The System of Designated Statistics is a mechanism that identifies and designates the most critical and essential statistics required for social and economic planning/analysis based on approved criteria set by the PSA Board. At present, 67 designated statistics/statistical activities are covered by EO 352 and the list does not include the data being requested. However, we can furnish you with the nominal minimum wage rates through our website https://nwpc.dole.gov.ph/sort-statistics/?sort=wages&&cat=Wages For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://foipmo04082020015559-dot-efoi-ph.appspot.com/help. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to NWPC Exec. Dir. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you. Respectfully, Donnabeth Yodico FOI Officer
