Response to Request
Dear Mr. Parallon,
We do not have data on national and real national minimum wage for the period covered because Republic Act No. 6727 or the Wage Rationalization Act does not provide for the implementation of a national minimum wage.
As to your request for average wage, may we inform you that the Philippine Statistics Authority generates such as part of their labor statistics. You may find some tables in this link: https://psa.gov.ph/current-labor-statistics/statistical-tables
