We are a start up company who's main business activity is software development. We would like to know what is the standard salary currently for developers, both entry level and with at least 2 or 3 yrs experience. We are trying to standardized our salary for it to be at par with industry standards. 
On the other hand, we are also looking at implementing a salary and productivity incentive scheme. Any increase in salary will be based on one's performance and any incentive that they will be entitled, will be productivity based. Any recommendation that is currently being practiced in the Phils?
