I refer to my letter of Jun 22, 2017 05:47:01 PM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for OGCC Opinion No. 172, Series of 2012.
Our response to your request was due on Jul 13, 2017 05:47:01 PM. Unfortunately, it took longer to have it processed due to technical problems in accessing OGCC's eFOI accounts. We have been complaining about this to the PCOO technical staff, and it is only recently that we've succesfully logged-in.
I apologize for this delay but have applied for an extension so we could work further on your request. We hope to be able to send you a response as soon as possible.
Also, should you have any questions regarding your request, email our FOI Receiving Officer, Rhoda Daet, at email@example.com , to make sure that your request reaches us directly. We often experience technical problems with the eFOI portal, and we deem it best if you can forward your request to Ms. Daet's email account.

We refer to your earlier request, which was not processed due to techinical problems with eFOI portal, and just recently, problem with our official GovMail account (official email) connected to it.
May we please know if you still need the copy of the opinion you were requesting for?
if so, kindly get in touch with our receiving officer, Rhoda Daet, through her personal email account firstname.lastname@example.org (in the meantime that DICT is trying to fix the technical problems of the GovMail accounts).

I refer to my letter of May 03, 2018 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for OGCC Opinion No. 172, Series of 2012. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jul 26, 2018.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
