Good day! 

We are a group of BS Public Health students currently doing our undergraduate thesis about Motorcycle Taxi Application riders and we would like to know the prevalence of injuries in this industry. We would also like to know the prevalence of musculoskeletal diseases in this population for the past five years. Any relevant data will be truly helpful for our paper. Thank you very much!

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) at www.psa.gov.ph, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/dashboard/ro

The OSHC does not maintain or has no data specific on motorcycle taxi riders. The data from PSA based on biennial Integrated Survey on Labor and Employment or ISLE (Module on Occupational Injuries and Diseases Survey) were only disaggregated on major industry groups. The data on occupational diseases were not disaggregated by occupation. You may check the PSA website to access the ISLE results in this link https://psa.gov.ph/isle
