Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to request a copy of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program of a private 
company/organization operating in the country for purposes of student research. As a student who is 
interested in the field of occupational safety and health.

I am specifically requesting a copy of the OSH program of any private organization that is currently 
operating in the country. I am hoping to gain a better understanding of the policies, procedures, and 
practices that are in place to ensure the safety and health of employees in the workplace.
